What are the house rules?
Our home is your home. We have taken pride in making it lovely and comfortable. Don’t destroy things. If you do, you will be asked to replace damaged items/property. For example, each missing towel is $15. To comply with the county burn ban: Fires permitted within the designated fire pit , fireplace, and grill only. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outdoors anywhere on the property. Drown fire pit fires and never leave it unattended. Firewood is provided. No fireworks. No candles. No indoor flames. Lock up when you leave. Well behaved and potty trained dogs are welcome. A maximum of 3 dogs is permitted. All pets and service animals must be declared during booking. Please pick up after dog poop. Doggy bags are provided. When pets are left unattended, crating is required. Quiet hours are from 10pm – 6am. Minimize noise during this time. If neighbors complain more than once or if police are called, you will be asked to leave promptly. Alcohol is permitted, but in a responsible and mature manner. If you don’t think you are responsible, mature, or of age, don’t drink. If you do these things, you will be asked to leave. The hot tub is for use by adults. Under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub. No food or foreign material allowed in the hot tub. A fine of $250 will be incurred for each rule violation. Permission for photo shoots, elopements, bridal parties must be approved in advance. Feel free to share your stay to social media. Maximum number of people in the Airbnb is 10.
